Just a quick one...
after the terrible experience with the doctor, I finally got my beloved sleeping pills, have never taken them before so am a bit freaked out about what they're gonna do.
They're sitting on my bed now staring at me, I'll wait till 11 and then down the hatch!
will report back tomorrow
